Mark Neill is President, PH&N Investment Services. He has been with the firm for 10 years and has over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. Mark is a member of the retail executive team of RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM).
Mark received his CFA designation in 2000, his Certified Financial Planning designation in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Eric Lascelles is the Chief Economist for RBC GAM. He maintains the firm's global economic forecast and advises its portfolio managers on key themes and risks. Eric is also a member of the RBC Investment Strategy Committee (RISC), which is responsible for the firm's global asset mix recommendations.
Eric makes regular presentations both within and outside of RBC GAM and is widely recognized for his passionate delivery, timely analysis and candid critiques. He is also a frequent media commentator on global economic and financial trends, appearing regularly on CNBC, BNN and other networks.
Prior to joining RBC GAM, Eric spent close to a decade at another large financial institution, rising from Bank Economist to the Chief Economics and Rates Strategist on the firm's trading floor. Beforehand, he was a Research Analyst at Statistics Canada, in the dot-com industry in Boston and at Goldman Sachs in New York.
Eric holds a graduate degree in Economics from Queen's University as well as a Bachelor of Economics from Princeton University with minors in Finance and Computer Science.
Vice President, Fixed Income, Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management
Karen Kerr is a portfolio manager responsible for fixed income specialty portfolios, including universe, long bond, corporate credit and liability-driven investment mandates.
Karen joined the firm in 2005 as an associate analyst and transitioned to institutional client portfolio management soon after. Previously, she had been an equity research analyst at a top performing asset management firm based in eastern Canada. Karen received her CFA designation in 2002, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Saint Mary’s University.
Vice President, Equities, Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management
Andrew Sweeney is a portfolio manager who specializes in equities.
He joined the firm in 2007, having previously been a portfolio manager of large capitalization Canadian equities with a well-respected Canadian investment management firm and the manager of its successful dividend income fund. Since entering the industry in 1995, Andrew has had analytical research responsibilities for a range of sectors.
Andrew is also an adjunct professor at Simon Fraser University in the Global Asset and Wealth Management MBA program. He became a CFA charterholder in 1996.
